Indian Hill Soccer Referees

New Classes for those who want to referee or those who need to renew their certfication:
Registration for Indian Hill referees is paid for by the IH Recreation Commission. All other attendees will be charged a $15.00 fee at the site. No pre-registration is necessary, just be prompt on Friday. The Clinic last both days and referees must attend both days. A test is given at the end of the Saturday clinic to determine the level of certification for referees.
Summer 2004 Clinics to be held:
June 25th and 26th - Deer Park
(at Bechtold Park at the
corner of Sycamore and Plainfield in Deer Park)
July 16th and 17th - Blanchester
(at the old school in
Blanchester)
July 30th and 31st - Springdale
(at the Springdale Recreation
Center)
August 6th and 7th - Norwood
(at the Norwood Civic Center)
Clinics begin at 6:00 Pm on Friday. On Saturday the start time may
vary (from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM) at each location so be sure to
check before leaving Friday night.
Additional Information
Referees will be expected to buy their uniforms, whistles, and timekeeping watches and then submit the receipt to Jack Alley, the Referee Coordinator, for re-imbursement.
Referees are assigned two or three games per day, depending on their availability. You must be 15 years of age to be able to work U-14 games. The schedule is distributed to referees via e-mail and confirmations are made one week in advance. Referees are expected to return the yellow game cards, signed, within a week after the game to the Referee Coordinator at the Ranger Station. A bonus of $1.00/ card returned is paid following the season.
Referee fees:
U-7 $15.00 per referee per game
U-9 and U-11 $20.00 per referee per game
U-14 $25.00 per referee per game
Referees are paid prior to the game by the Home Team Coach.
Spring 2004 Soccer Season is from April 3rd to May 16th.
Fall 2004 Soccer Season is from August 21st to October 17th
