The purpose of the Indian Hill Recreation Commission is to provide recreational opportunities and athletic programs for residents of the Village of Indian Hill and the students of the Indian Hill School District.

New Sport Fall 2022 registrations

Welcome to Indian Hill Field Hockey Club (IHFHC)

We are excited to offer Field Hockey as a new fall sport!

Grades for sign up: 6-8th

Expected season dates: August 1 through Oct 30th 2022

Home Location: High School Stadium and potential Primary School grass field by the baseball fields.

Practices: practice 2 x week (Monday and Wednesdays)

*we will do our best to adjust to closest option if the field has a conflict ie; if Wednesday is booked we will look at Thursday etc

Gear: athlete will provide their own: Stick / goggles/ shin guards/ mouth guard/ turf cleats or running shoes / black shorts / two pair of soccer socks (colors white and red)

Fee: $125 to cover: team jersey / ref fees

Games: Looking to schedule 8-10 games.   *Many other schools we will be competing with are in Columbus region

NO transportation all players will get themselves to games

Population served: The Indian Hill School District, the Village of Indian Hill, and Cincinnati Country Day. Note: This is because Country Day is located within the Village boundaries – St. Gertrude and Rockwern Academy students are not included because those school buildings are not within Village boundaries. Those students who live in the Indian Hill School District boundaries qualify regardless of the school they attend.
 
Recreational Sport Offerings:

  • Fall:
    • Soccer - Ages 3 to 19 – players are grouped by birth date – BOYS and GIRLS
    • Volleyball - Grades 3-6 - GIRLS Grades 3-6 (Boys Program to be Introduced in Spring 2022)
  • Winter:
    • Basketball - Grades 2-12 - BOYS AND GIRLS
  • Spring:
    • Lacrosse - Grades 1 through Grade 6 - BOYS AND GIRLS
    • Soccer - Ages 3 to 17 – players are grouped by birth date – BOYS and GIRLS
    • Track - Grades kindergarten through Grade - 6 BOYS AND GIRLS
    • Baseball and Coach Pitch - Grades kindergarten through Grade 12 BOYS AND GIRLS
    • Softball - Grade 2 through Grade 7 - GIRLS
  • Summer:
    • Summer Tennis at Stephan Field
    • Challenger Soccer Camp at Camp Livingston
